It is true this company contacts you for measurements to ensure the fit is just right! I am short and XL, which is hard to fit, and I’d say they did a great job. This jacket complements my curves. I’ve never had such a personal experience shopping on Amazon. The leather is beautiful, soft, and comfortable. Just the right amount of lining for a spring jacket, or winter with a sweater underneath. I would say the zippers could be a little better quality, but they are sturdy & I think they will last a long time. It’s just that they are large & prominent, and not quite as smooth as I’d like. The black leather has silver zippers.

I love this jacket! The fit is perfect (after confirming my sizes with the seller) it is very comfortable, the lining is just right for spring/fall. It appears to be a little longer in the picture but other than that, it’s perfect for me

They made the jacket based exactly on your measurements so there was no allowance for clothing which is typically worn under a jacket. The neck is tighter than it should be. However when I wrote them to complain about the fit I was able to exchange it and adjustments were made per my specs most of the way. It still fits tighter than a jacket should but its wearable now. I had also hoped that the lining would be a bit more insulated for warmth but that is on my end for not realizing that it may be made for warmer weather. The customer service was very responsive and wanted to be as precise as possible to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated the amount of updates I got regarding returning the jacket and getting the new sizing and also when it was shipped out. The leather is very soft and it is well put together. If you like a very tailored look you will be happy.
