I ordered this jacket as a Christmas gift to my guy. My process took a little longer than expected because of my guys’ hectic work schedule and inability to get fitted in a timely manner. But I maintained communication with the owner of this company and I am glad I did. He was very flexible, easy to communicate with and responsive.
